The first method is to pull down twice on the notification bar until the notification drawer is down. Tapping on the mobile signal strength button will toggle the mobile data connection on or off. The second method is to go to Settings, go to Network & Internet, tap on Mobile network, there you will find a mobile data button that can be toggled on or off.
