On your device remove the back cover (in the case of some of our tablets the SIM slot is exposed) search for the SIM slot, a icon will show you what is the correct way to insert the SIM. If you are using an SIM card adapter be careful in order to not damage the pads of the SIM slot. Place the SIM card in the adapter and check that it is leveled on both sides. Important: Do not force the SIM in the SIM slot because damage to the SIM slot from forcefull insertion is not covered by the warranty.
