During Safe mode your device does not run any third party apps, if you are experiencing problems with your device you can boot in Safe mode in order to see if a third party app is causing the issue. In order to boot in Safe mode, with your device turned on press the power button for 5 seconds, a pop up will appear, from there long press the restart button, a pop up will appear and ask you if you want to restart the device in Safe mode.
