Go to Settings. Go to Bluetooth (in newer versions of Android the Bluetooth setting is under Connected Devices). Toggle the Bluetooth on, while you are in that menu screen your device will be visible to those around you. Search for the device that you want to pair and tap on it. The two should pair automatically.
